Fire, breath and hand
Traditional Firozabad glassmaking, run to the discipline an export programme needs.
From furnace to your doorstep
Seven stages, one piece
01
Raw material sourcing
Selected silica sand, soda ash and minerals batched to our own recipe.
02
Glass melting at 1400°C
Materials melt in high-temperature furnaces until the batch runs clear.
03
Hand blowing & shaping
Master artisans gather, blow and shape every piece by hand or into moulds.
04
Hand finishing & cutting
Rims are cut, ground and fire-polished; facets and flutes cut on the wheel.
05
Quality inspection
Every piece checked for clarity, rim finish, stability and stress before packing.
06
Premium export packaging
Drop-tested cartons, dividers and pallet loading for sea and air freight.
07
Export worldwide
FOB and CIF shipments with full documentation to over 50 countries.
Quality control
Inspected piece by piece
Handmade glass carries small variations — that is its signature. What it must never carry is a cold crack, a sharp rim or an unstable base. Every piece is checked under light before it is wrapped, boxed and palletised.
- Rim, base and stress inspection on 100% of output
- Colour matched batch to batch for repeat orders
